| Hand picked crop at perfect maturity. After a racking of the must at 6°C the clear juice ferments during about twenty days under temperature control at 18°C. Malolactic fermentation not made. |
| Tasting |
| This white wine has a clear golden yellow color, a fine floral smell with notes of honey. Middle taste with aromas that are richer and lightly peppered. The final note is fruity with a good acidity and a perfect freshness. |
