Wine-making methods

Grapes harvested at full maturity, and destemmed, wine elaborated separately by variety of grape, following the traditional method with one week maceration under temperature control at below 28°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the different tanks are blended following to analytical and organoleptic tests-.
Nice brilliant color, ruby red. Smell of red fruits and discretely spicy. First nuances of black-currant, cherry, then presence of tannins well matured. Well balanced, this wine can be drunk immediately, or aged several months, if stored in good conditions.
